Life Skills: Make popcorn balls and review abilities of each person

Tuesday:

Science: Finish Microscope Lab

English: Little Match Girl and pass back stories

Language!: Cursive writing and start Lesson 7, phonemic awareness and phonics, word recognition and spelling, vocabulary and morphology, grammar and usage.

Math: Addition and subtraction of fractions-practice sheet, correct page 188.

Life Skills: Guest Speaker-school psychologist

Wednesday:

Science: Chapter 1 Section 2 Reading Guide

English: Grinch Who Stole Christmas

Language!: finish Lesson 7: Listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing

Math: Multiply and divide fractions, correct practice sheet

Life Skills: Make homemade caramels, take interest survey

Thursday:

Science:Finish chapter 1 section 2 reading guide, then correct guide.

English: Christmas Orange, Empty Box, Christmas Spider.

Language!: Lesson 8: phonemic awareness and phonics, word recognition and spelling, vocabulary and morphology, grammar and usage.

Math: Multiply and divide fractions, assignment page 198 3-51 multiples of 3.

Life Skills: Surprise!

Friday:

Science: Cell Drawings, exploratory and current events due.

English: Scrabble.

Language!: Lesson 8: Listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing.

Math: Dividing fractions, page 200 3-45 multiples of 3 , correct page 198.

Life Skills: Cut/wrap caramels, social skill instruction/role play.

Specialist Schedule

Certain students receive special services.  These services include occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, adaptive PE or assistive technology.

The occupational therapist is at the middle school on Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon.

The physical therapist is at the middle school on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday.

The adaptive PE teacher is at the middle school on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The speech therapist is at the middle school on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays.

If your child is receiving any of these services they may see the specialist on any of these days.  This schedule is subject to change at any due as long as services are being delivered.
